Frank provided clarity and focus for my short, medium and long-term goals. His coaching produced insights into my personality characteristics and how others perceive me. I now recognise what makes me ‘tick’. I have identified how to use my strengths and the coaching tools in my professional and personal life. I would recommend the coaching experience as a whole and Frank Roe to my peers. |
