Frank is the Owner and Managing Director. He supports owners to improve the profitability and effectiveness of their businesses and to create positive improvements in working lives. Frank has the passion, belief, knowledge, energy and commitment to help you achieve what you want. From his base in South Lakeland, Cumbria, he works across the north west. He uses his coaching and mentoring skills with business owners and leaders, with accountants and NHS clinical leaders and with those taking professional exams. This includes supporting them through:
He will provide Leadership and Management Development Programmes specific to each business's needs. Access to funding for these is via Business Link Northwest to obtain NWDA grants. He also works as a Business Volunteer Mentor through Cumbria Rural Enterprise Agency's one-to-one business mentor support programme. Frank has worked in various industry sectors, including agriculture, broiler chickens production, beer production and distribution and retail pubs. He joined the NHS at the end of 1991 in the North Lancs / South Cumbria area. He obtained his MBA at Strathclyde Business School in 1986. More recently he invested in The Coaching Academy’s Advanced Diplomas in Personal Performance Coaching and in Corporate Executive Coaching, achieving the highest grade, Distinction, in both Diplomas. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and is active in their Cumbria Branch. |
The Coaching encouraged me to consider the pros and cons associated with my decision making. My self-confidence was boosted as the sessions progressed. I was eventually able to eliminate non-viable options, thus reducing my confusion. Overall a most worthwhile exercise professionally undertaken. |
